SMS Privacy Policy

Scope
This policy explains how Lisbon Tech, LLC, operating MyAIPOS, handles information used for its patient-facing SMS program. The program is limited to non-marketing communications for secure intake links, appointment confirmations and reminders, scheduling updates, and responses to patient-initiated requests.
Information used for messaging
MyAIPOS may process a recipient's mobile number, consent status, consent method and timestamp, message-delivery status, opt-out status, and the minimum identifying information needed to send the intended operational communication. MyAIPOS does not intentionally include diagnoses, treatment details, medication information, or other sensitive clinical details in SMS content.
Mobile information is not used for marketing
We do not share, sell, rent, or provide mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Limited service-provider processing
MyAIPOS may use service providers acting on its behalf to transmit messages, maintain security, and report delivery status. Those providers receive only the information reasonably necessary to perform the requested service and are not authorized to use mobile information or consent data for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
Consent, frequency, and charges
Recipients opt in verbally during appointment scheduling or intake. Authorized staff record the consent method and timestamp before SMS can be selected. Consent is not a condition of receiving care. Message frequency varies according to appointments and patient requests. Message and data rates may apply.
Stopping messages and getting help
Reply STOP to opt out. After an opt-out request is processed, no further program messages will be sent unless the recipient gives new consent. Reply HELP for assistance, email support@myaipos.ai, or tell authorized practice staff to revoke consent verbally.
Security and retention
MyAIPOS applies access controls and audit records to messaging operations. Consent and delivery evidence are retained only as needed for operational, compliance, security, and legal obligations. SMS is not used for emergencies. For an emergency, call 911 or the applicable local emergency number.
